Such a blessed mama...

What a great mother's day! My sweet little ones (with some help from my sweet hubby) gave me beautiful cards, some plants they planted themselves, and a new Bible! I love that now I can hear 2 of my babies say "Happy Mother's Day" and "I love you mama". I know it's selfish to want to hear those words of appreciation, but it is so nice when they can verbalize those sweet words that I think all mothers long to hear.

We took lots of pictures this morning before church. I cannot believe that we actually had as many good ones as we did. We got a new camera last week as our anniversary gift to each other and I LOVE IT! As I was sorting through all the pictures to post, I realized just how truly beautiful my children are! Yes I am their mother which makes me a little biased, but I think you have to agree with me on this one. We hope all you mommies out there had a great day, especially Gran Gran, Grandma, and Momo. You are 3 of the most special, inspirational mothers we know!

7 Months

I can't believe another month has gone by. It seems like it was yesterday that Reagan was 6 months old and now she is 7 months! She is growing so fast. She is starting to try to get up on her knees, but her chunky little thighs are keeping her from getting all the way there. I am in NO HURRY for her to start crawling. She is such a good baby- I know I say that all the time, but it is amazing how content she can be. She is napping right now as I type this and I can't believe that she can sleep through all the chaos her big brothers can create! Here are a couple of pictures taken this week:

Such a big girl sitting in Brady's little rocking chair.
Look at this sweet "Little Auburn Princess" enjoying some beautiful sunshine this week.

Happy 6th Anniversary to us!

On Saturday, May 1, Eric and I celebrated our 6th anniversary. This was the first time it fell on a Saturday since the day we got married, so it was fun remembering how that day played out 6 years ago! We had a great day just spending time together and we went out to dinner at The Melting Pot in Birmingham. If you haven't ever been to this restaurant, we highly recommend it. This is a very special occasion restaurant for us because it is a little pricey, but it is worth it!
I am such a blessed woman to have such a wonderful husband. On one hand I can't believe it's been 6 years, but on the other hand it feels like I've never been without him. I love you so much Eric!!

Here we are on that precious day 6 years ago!
Present day- yeah we've aged a bit, but that's what 3 kids will do to you!
