Saving Money

So anyone who knows me knows that my new aspiration this year is to save money through couponing and just finding great deals. I must tell you that I have had so much fun!! We have saved so much money and our pantry, fridge, and freezer are more stocked than they have ever been! Eric even gets excited about this because he gets to take part in the new goodies I grab each week.

One website that I have heard a lot about but just finally signed up for is ebates.com. This site is so awesome. You get cash back for purchases made through them. I had to order ink about a month ago and checked through them and a major retailer was offering double cashback that day. I got back like $20 just for going through ebates and I got my check this week! Now that is a pretty easy way to make money. If you want to sign up just click here

I hope that everyone is having a great spring! I hope to keep the blog updated better as we spend lots of time doing outside activities and making lots of summer trips. Just because it's hard for me to do a post without a picture, I'll include one- this was taken a couple of weeks ago when we bought Reagan some sunglasses. She was not too happy about them.

Easter Weekend

Hey everyone! Sorry once again it has been so long since we've updated our blog- busy, busy busy is all I can say. We hope everyone had a great Easter weekend. I believe we hunted eggs all weekend! We had a big Easter Celebration at the church on Saturday with inflatables and and egg hunt. I was lead person on this event and I can't say enough about how awesome our church was in helping with this event. We had such a great crowd and the kids had a wonderful time!

Here are the little cuties before all the fun!

Bennett didn't really care about hunting for eggs. He would find an egg, take the candy out, and throw the egg back down. Once he had a couple pieces of candy, he was good.

The big slide was a huge hit. We were cracking up at the expressions on Bennett's and Brady's faces coming down the slide. It just shows their different personalities. The little daredevil was having a great time doing anything a little scary!
