Funny and Sweet Pictures

I am a little behind on posting. I really am trying to take a few pictures each day of the kids, but it is hard finding time to keep up with the posts. These precious little ones keep me busy, but God reminds me at just the right times how blessed I am. These pictures are just some of the moments.

Reagan's hair is hilarious. Most of the time it sticks up like a mohawk. I thought this onesie was quite appropriate!

This is after mommy fixes Reagan hair. I just love this picture! Such a sweet, beautiful little girl!

Brady is so proud of his baby sister. He wants to hold her all the time! I had to take her into Mom's Day Out on Thursday to pick up the boys, and he was so proud to show Reagan to his teachers. Today, he about made his mama cry. He walked up to Reagan and told her he loved her very much.

Boys will be boys. I walked into their room the other night, and Brady was sitting across the room in the chair and Bennett was sitting on Brady's bed- both with plastic bowling pins in their hands. Brady said they were playing ball. Even though they might be a bit mischievious, it is so much fun to watch them play together. And then...

Things take a turn. Bennett decides to use his "bat" as a weapon.

Brady retaliates by laying on top of Bennett. Fun times!!

Sunday pictures

So yesterday, I decided I wanted to get some cute pictures of the kids. Of course the pics are always cute because my kids are beautiful! But it would be nice to have everyone looking at the camera and smiling at the same time- I know these are high hopes, but a mama can always dream. What I need to always remember is that pictures capture memories- like some of these...

Brady would not open his eyes. One of the only times Bennett decided to stand still for a picture and Brady was trying to be cute by not opening his eyes. This was before they left for church- as you can see Brady has his Bible and is ready to learn about Jesus! It is so awesome to see your children start the process of learning about Christ and be so enthusiastic about it. We told Brady that you don't ever go to church without your Bible and he doesn't forget anything! We couldn't find it last Sunday night before church and we almost had a melt down.

While the boys were at church, Reagan and I got ready to take some more pictures. She was all ready for some fall pics!

Okay, so when the boys got home from church we changed clothes and attempted some fall pictures. I'm sure all the people passing by the front of our house got a kick out of watching Eric running through the yard trying to catch Bennett. Eric kept chasing him down and putting him back in front of the display. Here he is trying to pick up the pumpkin and getting mad because he can't pick it up. Meanwhile Brady is hitting him with a piece of the cornstalk. What fun!!

Let's try sitting them up on top of the hay.

Finally they are all sitting still. Too bad the sun gave us some bad lighting for the picture.

The pictures may never be perfect, but we sure are blessed to have three beautiful, lively, healthy children who always make our life exciting!

Busy Day

Yesterday was a tiring day. We played hard, cleaned house, cut hair, made cookies, and tried to cheer the Auburn tigers to victory (but that was a lost cause). At lunch, Bennett was so tired. For those of you who know our little Bennett well, you know that eating is one of his favorite pasttimes. So he couldn't decide whether he wanted to eat or sleep. I kept trying to get him out of the highchair but he said no, so this is what we ended up with...

Reagan is trying to figure out what is going on with those Auburn tigers.

Bennett decided he was going to try to change Reagan's clothes.

This was before Brady's haircut.

After the haircut. As you can see, I wasn't able to do too much. It's like trying to cut hair on a monkey- he moves constantly.

Here the boys are enjoying the cookies they helped me make. They really enjoyed the orange icing. The cookies were suppose to look like pumpkins. They didn't care that they looked like big orange blobs.

2 Weeks Old

It is hard to believe that Reagan turned 2 weeks old yesterday. I tried to get some pics of her smiling but the camera wasn't fast enough to get the really big ones. She loves it when you talk to her and get close enough so she can see your face. Here she is kind of smiling at her mama.

This one would have been really good if the camera didn't blind her when I took it.

I think she is telling me to put that thing that keeps flashing in her face away!

War Eagle

Reagan had her first experience with Auburn football yesterday. Too bad the team didn't perform better for her- but she didn't seem to mind. Brady has been such a great big brother. He loves to take pictures with his baby sister. That is why most of the pictures you see only include Brady and not Bennett. Bennett has been really sweet with baby sister too, but he just can't sit still long enough for a picture.

Watching the game!

Such sweet big brothers. Hopefully they will always be this helpful (haha!).

Sweet Angel

Here are some pictures of Reagan's first week at home. She has been such a good baby so far- eating, sleeping, and pooping!

Going Home

We were so excited to finally take our little girl home. It was fun to dress her up in her pretty little gown and bonnet!

She's finally here!

Well our little angel, Reagan Elizabeth Phillips, finally arrived at 3:34 am on Sunday, October 4. She weighed 7 lbs. 11 oz. and was 20 in. long. She is a beautiful, healthy little girl! Here are some of the pics we've taken. I'll post more later.

We attempted to take a family picture, but this was as close as we got!

Brady was such a big boy. He was so excited to hold his baby sister!

Silly Brothers!
